When you take the $84 million in Good Will from the balance sheet and throw it in the trash can, you get a company with a NEGATIVE BOOK BALUE of $1.35 per share. At least PSAI is only negative by $1, unlike GUCO which Dog was chasing which was in the hole by about $17 per share. If you're going to do price-to-book ratio, you have to use tangible book value.
