After their very disappointing earnings report yesterday, I think a reverse split is the only way to get the stock back over $1. And they need to be over $1 to stay on Nasdaq.

I did not expect the reverse split on this one. I have been through several of these reverse splits. I do not like them, however, in FTEC's case, it probably will not hurt the stock too bad. They have a very small float (700K) and this will only reduce that!! If, on the other hand, I hear of a secondary offering to dilute the shares, I will be outta here.
