Just sitting back and watching for the MIDL story to unfold. Week from Tuesday. Is that right?

The two press releases, CNH Holdings in Feb. and Midland in Aug., both stated an "intent" to acquire the same shipping company.

We are told the deal did not go through for CNH for basically unknown reasons; yet some of the same principals' that are involved with Midland are also involved in CHN Holdings, specifically Robert Barbee; possibly others. Won't these same people making the decisions still have the same feelings, character, ideas and opinions?

I cannot help but wonder how Noble House SA management just happened to know both of these companies would be interested in them? How did CNH and Midland know Noble House SA was looking for a United States shell company? Does NHSA know these two companies are operated by some of the same principals' who appear to change hats and companies when needed?

Could it be more than an accident that there is a cross over in officers between the two companies? Somehow, it seems a little more than coincidence. IMHO

Anna, says she has a copy of the audited financials for NHSA but did not state how she came by them. She mentioned sharing with the thread if she could find a way to get them posted; a scanner would work. Does anyone have a scanner that would be willing to assist Anna?

It is my understanding that the Government of Greece licenses all its shipping vessels; it is costly to license and insure older vintage vessels. I am thinking these vessels are most likely of an older vintage; does anyone know?

I would think any company looking to do business with another one would be able to offer more information about the fleet, licensing, insurance, operational expense and other matters as well as the financial statement. Gary, can you expand upon any of these concerns for us? If you have already covered this just direct us to the post.

I did not see legal counsel mentioned in the SEC filing for CNH Holdings; who handles legal matters for CNHH? I did notice that it has changed company names three times so far; the practice of changing names seems quite prolific among the OTC-BB stocks.

It is said, the road to hell is paved with good intentions; the shareholders have been to hell and back once already and that is enough for this shareholder. If this is for real we all need much more information and documentation to substantiate any and all claims.

Respectfully,

Dusty
