Guilfin, I believe the NAZ has a web site where these rules are outlined. From memory, it is $1 for a month before they review the standing of the company, and another condition is $4 MM in tangible assets. In any event, I am afraid that my forecast of sub $1/share is not too far off, we hit a new low of $1 today. Gosh, I can buy four times as many shares as I sold on June 4th, just two month ago. While tempted, discipline forbid doing so. Apart of that I would not be too surprised if by late October it will be around $.5/share. Zeev
