Motion filed to open Gates deposition zdnet.com

I guess there's others thinking about that fly on the wall, but apparently they got a law behind them. I wouldn't hazard a guess as to the chances of this, I was just surprised to see the deposition being taken on Wednesday, already.

Cheers, Dan.

Microsoft trial delay likely news.com

Dang, justice delayed is justice denied. On the other had, this gives the PR types more time to spin out entertaining theories, like the revisionist history version of Microsoft and the internet. Win some, lose some.

The opportunity to see Gates cross-examined on his personal knowledge of the facts by Boies, a renowned trial lawyer, is likely to draw a huge number of reporters and other interested spectators.

Ok, my "fly on the wall" thought was apparently highly unoriginal. My apologies to Atty. Boies for spelling his name wrong. The O.J. trial for the techno-geek set will go forward, sooner or later.

Cheers, Dan.
