Unfortunately I believe the second theory is the right one. I have stated that when I first bought this stock the authorized was somewhere around 50 mil., they then increased it to 100 mil. without notifying investors. we had to find out ourselves from the transfer agent. So, what happened to those monies?? And where are the monies going now for (as far as I'm concerned) unauthorized shares. I DO NOT SEE ANY AQUISITIONS. And Lance and Race weren't you the ones that were hyping checkers several months ago.
