Why is it taking them so long to go public? Are they driving a hard bargain, and now found a company that can't say no to their offer? Well I dunno but CNHH board liked the Southport who does waste disposal in the gas & oil industry deal better apparently. They had two deals on the table and Noble House's shipping and trading companies did not win the board's vote. I do not know the specifics of the deals. Who audited their financials, and would the results of the audit change significantly if done by someone like Arthur Anderson according to Generally Accepted Accounting Practices in the USA? K & V Certified Auditors, I believe plus I would assume they would meet GAAP. GB
