banco$, I realize that I should not have used the term settlement. I was looking for the real reason that the suit was terminated. Sometimes it is based on a technicality as opposed to the allegations of fact in the indictment. Sometimes the case hinges on the statements of a witness who for a variety of reasons becomes unavailable and the prosecution is forced to end the case. Sometimes the SEC determines that they were wrong and the suit should never have been brought to trial. The reason for the dismissal is important to people considering investing.
