I2, I think without a pullback he would consider buying them now as chasing but he is expecting very large gains from expected growth in 99/2000. So I guess the answer is you'll probably make decent money buying around these levels but the risk is higher than if you had bought cheaper. I was able to pick up a little KLAC and AMAT in the high 20's and I may pick up some NVLS if I can get it cheaper. I'm a little afraid of TER since it kept making new lows until recently and I'm not knowledgeable enough to feel secure about the prospects of their testing equipment etc.
