Jim, FNTN may be closer to NASDAQ listing than we think. IMO Only two critical items remain to be satisfied: 1. Price above $4.00 2. Publish Financials. Other requirements like having a Board of Directors, 300 or more investors etc are totally slam-dunk. Am I missing something that is hard to achieve? No wonder the law firm is already engaged.... Harry p.s. The price will have to maintained well above $4 so that the shorting can be absorbed but with some pieces of good news...it does not look like a big deal.
