mike, time will tell if this time is really new or just another mirage. the good news is cii is at a 52 week high with a 1 cent bid/ask delta. i have seen bid/ask delta on this stock as high as 10 cents when ask was only 32 cents... those who got in these past 12 months only to see the stock drop to the teen's..(us funds), can now get out with no loss or even a slight gain.. regards, mark

Points well taken re: funding and deal, but where's the hype? Who has been promoting the stock? Look at the few postings on this thread. This kind of activity hardly seems like 'hype' to me. Notwithstanding your observations, are you saying that they have absolutely no chance of making a deal to sell large quantities of the product to an airline - just because they haven't closed a deal to this point? Are you saying that the product is not a good one or that it would not be beneficial to other types of carriers? Are you saying that they have no other customers for their product at this time and no cashflow with which to pay the bills? Are you saying that the people who took down shares to clear debt owed to these suppliers are unaware of the risks involved and are just sending more good money after bad? If one follows the tape; the tape is saying that something is afoot and that the rumour this time (by way of price, volume and bid/ask spread) is stronger than it has been before.
