Well, MSFDC doesn't have a 'Pay Anyone' model, and as far as I know, won't even start working on one until late 1999. MSFDC will concentrate on just paying the bills that they present. As far as the Genesis platform. This platform will process both bill payment and presentment, the platform is made up of 3 large mainframes(OS390), multiple unix boxes, etc. The MSFDC platform is a NT environment, which should be interesting to watch when the volume hits.
