DAK, Re:I think the prices of these stocks have already discounted further asian pain and the market as a whole has its head in the ground about the whole thing! I couldn't agree more. How often have we heard analyst after analyst recommending "non-asia" stocks(those with minimum exposure)? The result has been a stratospheric rise in said stocks along with incredibly rich valuations. IMO, we are getting to a point where many analysts will begin to look for stocks which have the "asian discount" in their prices; the ones you mentioned. BK BTW, Abby Cohen is one of the very few people I truly admire on WS. She is consistent in her calls even when many are jumping ship in panic.
