They were not hired by a third party were they? Well that means they work under a company confidentiality. So do not expect a statement out of BD. They were specifically hired as consultant to legal counsel. In other words to test the limit of company stated claims and reports. As IF the company claims were based on fact. BD will be seen to be doing their job when company reserves shrink to 200,000 ounces and probable ore is perhaps ten times that. If no reserves can be stated then all ore disappears and no matter how many rustic peasant placers exist in the area the property is back to no fixed value, grass roots.

I have a diamond placer with the same sands exactly and directly adjacent to a DeBeers producer. The sands are not tested at all for diamonds. The probability of economics are very high. but even with say 50 grab samples with ore grades in them I still cannot go to the exchange and say I have any amount of ORE on the claims. They are still grass roots. Hard to take but thems the rules. As a matter of fact I cannot find a single VSe company to even make me an offer. That is how dead they are. And how little they want to get involved in a possible production situation. It is not tied on to Winspear. They have no use for it.
