Little danger of that I think, LE. After all they are mostly sending it to shareholders and others that are calling probably from reading it on the threads here and elsewhere. Who wouldn't know at this point?

In addition to the 2 letters are ALL PR's and news pertaining to MTEI. There are two such notices about the SEC halting trading.....one by the SEC, and one by Jack. It doesn't look to me at all like they are trying to fool anyone. They are being very straight forward.
