Having been involved prior to Kabila overthrowing the previous regime, don't think another dictator would not create the same uncertainties. Another dictator is not the answer - political stability is what is required. Other factors affecting the stock price - political instability in surrounding countries, history is repeating itself for long-term shareholders, Banro JV being disssolved by Kabila, etc. No question their is long-term value at these levels, but you can expect considerable price volatility in the short-term.
