Unfortunately there is no given that MIFGY will maintain it's price. I meant if, and if it makes more sense to you can, then so be it. In this market, there are very few stocks able to maintain their pants on so we'd better pray for MIFGY. The transaction is expected to close in 90 days starting June 18. See biz.yahoo.com. That would make it around September 18 IMO, pending approval by shareholders of both companies and on the price of the MIFGY stock (I think).
