FIrst, lawsuits are covered by insurance. Second, responding quickly to ambulance chasers only gives them credibility.

I don't see how responding quickly with a "the lawsuit has no merit and we're going to vigorously defend it" press release gives the lawyers credibility... if anything, they gained credibility when the company failed to respond for like 2 weeks. Look at the YHOO boards and you'll see people really start to wonder if PWAV execs are guilty because they were silent. Then they put out this really weak press release. Sheesh.

It is a sign of the times when the only news one can find on PWAV is about lawsuits.

Management will certainly be distracted by these. Maybe potential customers will have reservations. Maybe the suits have some merit to them.

Meanwhile, PWAV continues to struggle on the financial side.

Looks like there could still be some downside here.
