KHS, The way I see things we have some major forces both long and short at work at this point. Who wins is beyond me because I do not know if the long interests are willing to spend more money than the short interests. Tomorrow should be interesting. Maybe Vivus will smarten up and decide to throw us longs a bone and issue a press release that may help send a message to the shorts that their days to cover at this level are over.

khs...maybe Vivus is being quit to setup the 3rd qtr earnings for a good suprise to exceed analyst estimates..... They have reduced cost in the new factory, scaled down R&D and eliminated sales staff expenses...have capacity for 5 mill units of Muse this qtr and may just not want to broadcast each country as they receive approval...save it all for a good conf call in the 3rd qtr.... It could be their way to re- gain support on Wall Street...show them the earnings.... Waiting for China to start selling...the deal with Vivus and Janssen allows for royalties on sales going back to Vivus...they cut a deal with Janssen when they were the only game in town...it will payoff as China sales show up on the bottom line... Japan is still a wild card that Vivus has not played...to be put out to bid to determine who will get the sales distribution in Japan...Janssen or Astra or ?????
