Where is it disclosed in the 10Q that LSI will have an additional 10-15 million dollars per quarter in operating costs for Gresham? Use the cut and paste function on your mouse as well as your command of English to justify the figures you have just cited

Capitalization of these expenses is a common practice in almost all
manufacturing industries, although some semi companies expense
them as incurred as R&D.


K: Are you suggesting that semi companies when accounting for startup costs for a new unopened fab, have the unfettered option of either capitalizing their costs or expensing them as incurred as R&D? I.E. They can do as they please?

Please further educate this board.
