James: From what I can glean, it does appear likely that the funding is coming through. But of course we won't know for sure until everything's signed and the announcement made. With several pension funds apparently involved, the details of finalizing the agreement must be a logistical briar patch. As before, I urge caution. If it's for real, it is very exciting because, at least in my opinion, it takes TT to a new level. Like most of us I've had my frustrations with management, but they do seem to be working hard to make it go. As for the Trooper issue, it's hard to tell what's really going on at this point. Realistically, it will be much, much more difficult for Trooper to prove meaningful damages than a case involving documents. And if their claims are seen as frivolous, they could potentially open themselves to litigation. I would tend at this point to see the continuing saga as a nagging irritant rather than a back-breaker. I'm sure neither company has a corner on the truth or morality in the matter. Personally, I wish they'd start talking to each other at this point and find a way to cooperate in the future----a boon to both companies. I've communicated this to Rene and wish other shareholders would do same, and that the Trooper folks would do so with their management. But if, in fact, the financing is completed, then that, in my opinion is the major factor impacting the company's future right now. Best regards, Dave C.
