Very well put, but nothing is new, this is a new business using a new medium, mistakes are bound to happen along the way. Murphy's law applies even more so to internet related companies. But they certainly have the vision, now they may need some help from an expert like yourself, but help usually works better before and not after the facts. Now enlight me, why are you spending so much time on this thread, most of us have some PNLK shares, but I doubt that you do, so what is it ??? Just like the sound of your keyboard splashing all your knowledge over the screen ? Or are you a new age missionary, saving us from ourselves ? I do respect and love to see objective postings, negative or not, but I don't know many people spending time on SI, that don't have invested interests related to their postings. Mine is 10,000 of PNLK shares. What is yours ?????

Thanks...

Vincent...

Response to your post:
#1.Quote - yes, hype. Substantial in
meaning or translatable to stock price ? No.

#2. Web site launch too early. Probably significant mistake.
Move from Proxicom - probably not a mistake. The proof is not out yet and now comments are as valuable as any idle speculation - you put the value on it. I know what I think of such value (not much).

Chatfield broker's sell recommendation was commented upon ad nauseum on this thread. These are not major players and had a history of SELL recommendations (my read:shorting) Dell and Microsoft years ago when both companies were sub ten dollar stocks. If you want all these refs, I can get them for you but they were all discussed several months ago on this thread or the other PNLK thread. My opinion of Chatfield is that they misrepresented facts just as the web site was going up, saying things like "the web site is not even up" as support for their position - on the very day before it was scheduled to open. Basically, spin doctors of the lowest ilk.

This is not directed at any ONE person - I am sick and tired of reading immature name calling form people on both sides of this stock. Now I read this for entertainment, not DD. It's right next to "Thread Morons" on my bookmark list. Not entirely inappropriate, IMO.

It seems you have great vision. It takes one with vision to recognize good and bad vision of others. Being in the import/export (small business), I see great potential in pnlk. If they get off the ground (and that depends on mgt. and their ability to manage their finances properly), which I must admit remains to be seen, they could be in a position to offer greater services to the import/export market. Their vision to assist in the finding buyers and sellers and introducing a common and convenient place to do business is only the beginning of their potential. Their offer to produce forms over the net could lead to their moving into the freight forwarding area where they could assist in the actual export/import preparation and shipping of the commodities sold. They could offer "Letter of Credit" negotiations. In time many good things could grow from this excellent concept.

PNLK has great potential and I naturally hope it turns out well as I am long on this stock. I feel like a positive out growth of these things will put this company in a position to be bought out by someone like Fritz, or UPS or some major Export Packer.

This is only vision on my part...as a concerned investor in PNLK, and desire for their success, I think I'll call their mgt. and give them these ideas.

Glad to be adult enough to respond to your visionary comments.

Best regards,
WFHSR

Sai, thank you for your response. I believe you are correct in saying that there is no easy recovery for this stock, BUT only correct in the sense that Phase II has not been released and there has been no PR. Personally I am pleased that the management of PNLK is more concerned with the quality of their product than they are with the price of their stock.

"Should I say that U are an idiot too?" Call me what you want, Sai. I couldn't care less what you think of me. But I do know that I belong on this thread because I am an investor in this company, unlike you. You want the personal attacks stopped. Fine. Stop drawing first blood.

And as far as posting personal messages to me, don't bother. I have nothing to hide and neither should you. Let's see. You stated "If U are a TRUE, LOYAL PNLK investor, Can U at least give a target price with time duration? Are you scared to do this? No, I will not give a target price, nor a time duration and it's not because I am scared. It's because I am intelligent and do not even try to predict the stock market, especially with the manipulations that can go on with a BB stock. "Why do U care if I am critical of PNLK management?" Because you have no vested interest in the company and offer absolutely nothing to this thread.

"I openly declared my positions in TCBG, WINR & AETI and even predicted these stocks will outperform PNLK." First of all, Sai, remember this is PNLK's thread. If we wanted info on stocks in your portfolio, we would visit the appropriate thread. Also, one should never become cocky enough to think their predictions are concrete. The same thing that has happened to PNLK can happen to any one of your stock picks.

"We all invest to MAKE money not to LOSE money." I also believe this statement is correct. However, there are different agendas for a long-term investor vs. a short-term investor. IMO, short-term investors are in the market to make a quick buck and I have no problem with that, it is just not my style. I wholeheartedly believe in PNLK's concept and their management. Whether it takes till the end of August or sometime next year makes no difference to me. At some point I will again make a profit on PNLK, until then, at the very least, if need be, I will be able to use for tax purposes.

PNLK, like any other company, internet-related or not, makes mistakes. It is easy to stand by on the sidelines, having no vested interest in the company or its stock, and have all the answers, possibly without understanding the scope of the questions. I do not believe launching the website on time was a mistake. Until a product is released there can be no user input. It is the users that make a website such as PNLK's a success, without their valuable input the website is useless.
I do not believe that PNLK lacked vision by selecting Proxicom in the beginning. Unfortunately, it appears that Proxicom did not understand the scope of the project. In hindsight, maybe it would have been a better management decision to choose Rare Medium. Of course, hindsight is a wonderful tool, but some see hindsight for what it is, a valuable lesson. Others use hindsight to verify their intelligence.

Last, but not least, the brokerage firm that you are speaking of . . . are you referring to Chatfield & Dean? If so, they warrant no response and I would hope that you or anyone else would not depend on their recommendations of any stock.
