I also hold IMPX from the teens but I have not received any forms or anything. Where do you suppose I could obtain such forms?

I also received the class action info. What a bunch of ambulance chasers. They get 30% of the proposed 9.5M settlement plus expenses (max of 375K I believe) - that's $3.225 MILLION for filing some paperwork.

If there ever was a case for tort reform, this is it. It's basically blackmail - cheaper and easier for the company to settle than fight it. While I believe there may be some merit to the case, the settlement is woefully inadequate for the class!!!!

Read the notice carefully. They estimate the settlement is worth $0.57 per share BEFORE expenses and fees are deducted. These are estimated to be $0.19, leaving a whopping $0.38 per share!!! That's 38 CENTS. Well, at least it's lunch money, but the lawyers will be buying new houses, Mercedes, and country club memberships with their cut!!
