I know this post is not directly at Joe... But WHAT THE HELL DOES THE TRUST HAVE TO DO WITH THE SPLIT SHARES OF "P"? Though I do not follow this stock as closely as I did just a few weeks ago, I am still, I believe, one of the top three or four private shareholders (currently to my chagrin...) and I think I have a pretty good handle on most of what is going on... even with my limited time... So then, aside from the above question to Joe, what is my point? Shut up and let things happen folks. Three hundred posts of complete BS is just WAY too much -- do you people not have anything better to do? If this deal is for real -- we will know soon enough... If it is not... we will know that as well and things will evolve in a new direction... This thread was quiet for quite a while -- WHY? Because there was nothing to say. Then news comes out -- something to talk about -- but the horse's offspring's offspring is beaten at this point. Let it go and see what turns up next week. Everyone does not have to put their two damn cents in to every discussion... IMO. Of course that is exactly what I am doing... Eric Oh yea -- what is this "respectfully or respectfully submitted" crap? Why do you not just say what you mean? That is such a condescending thing to write... Does anyone feel that this kind of closing takes the edge off of a pointed or pointless post?

Ms Binder, ma'am, Lots of those other folks that you summarily dismiss own stock in this wonderful enterprise also. Oh, and freedom of speech extends in all directions. However, that was a nice summation of your opinion. Now we know how you think . . . . . . .

Yeah Okay Binder, Whatever! This is the first time I have looked at this thread in three weeks. It's amazing how you have changed your tune. When I posted that this thread was getting pathetic with the cut and paste, personal attacks, innuendos, etc. You pounced. What's changed? I will tell you what has changed. A few of you have gotten a taste of your own medicine.... and you are having problems swallowing it. Now I wouldn't want to disappoint you... so before I retreat back to the threads I enjoy... I will prove you right with one of my cheerleading routines. Although I was disappointed that the first potential company to the shell was part of MIDL's history.. I also have to stop and think that given MIDL's mess the pickings are probably scarce. As everyone so kindly pointed out to me I am not a "Shareholder" in this company. However, between my daughter and I, we still have a sizeable investment in warrants. So as a investor, any news is good news at this point. Something is better then nothing. Retreating back out now and watching for the door as to "NOT" hit me in the butt. Debbie
