I'm hopeful that we can end the pissing match today. In response to your post:

1)"you wouldn't know fact if it hit you..." - the only fact I know is that CLST is down 30% from when you starting hyping it.

2)"you think everyone on here is a moron..." - not true, only some.

3)"...don't know which end is up" - well I do know that I have already taken profit on my short.

4)"time will prove you to be soooo wrong" - as a trader I realize that I will make mistakes, but now that I'm out of CLST I can't be wrong.

Now that I'm out, I hope that your trade works. Who knows maybe I will get long, but only if my sources confirm.

Would you care to speculate as to approximately when this deal might be announced? Are you still sure that it exists?
