The Bells were troubled by the judgment. An Ameritech spokesman said the company "is strongly considering asking the court to reconsider."

Great move by the Appeals Court. However, I think Ameritech should reconsider considering asking the court to reconsider what they've considered. Because, the Appeals court was in reality reconsidering what was already considered by the lower court. <g>
