C. McD,
I think we will price over $12 (prohably $14) and trade several points above tht. One slight problem right now--S&P futures are down 12.50. Yikes. The good news is that good deals like DRIV tend to trade on their own pretty well. But, a warmer market would be better.

So (Wed. Aug 12) DRIV traded above $12 for almost all of today
(and closed above), yet TSQD drifts down to $3. Is there some
restriction on how fast TSQD can sell its interest in DRIV ?
