MM, Let's cut the crap about good will.

My financial accounting Prof defined it much more eloquently
than the PSAI 10K.

"Good Will is the Ball and Chain on a balance sheet to
remind management how much they overpaid for purchasing
an overvalued asset"

The only time book value can be used to assess relative
stock value is when it is tangible and realistic. Good
Will can be, and often is, written off in a heartbeat.

And when there is no tangible book value it comes down
to cash flow from operations which is very uncertain at
PSAI. That is why the price is at $3 3/8. I'm not saying
that it's cheap or expensive, I'm just saying that the book
value reference was not valid. These assets were purchased
at very high prices.

Best of luck on PSAI, it doesn't actally look that bad.
That whole sector is getting trashed right now because of
the uncertainty.
