Fire Jack Arnold. The jerk does not know how to run a company & has cost investors a ton of money.

Good Morning Keith,

I hope that the BoD meeting goes well and that some measurable steps towards restoring value to OUR company can be agreed upon. We all have been awaiting some glimmer of hope that the resurrection can and will occur. As for my ideas on how to do the a fore mentioned, clear out the smoke and mirror show that took OUR hard earned money. Retrieve the loan that was given to WOTD and clean up our books so that jack arnold can explain his actions to the board and move on once and for all. After jack explains his actions over the past year, the BoD may have a clear idea as to what has been goin' on in Tulsa.

I do like the idea of preferred shares, it seams like a lot of accounting and paperwork not to mention money but hey, I'm worth it(and so are the rest of the share holders). A press release some time in the near future would be nice, even if it only goes out to the share holders of record as of I belive April 1st. Information about what has transpired in the past will not help us(share holders) but will help the BoD. The press release should contain (IMO) a broad topic outline of the meeting so that We all will KNOW what is going on. Leave out any info that is sensitive and just give us the broad scope...............

Keith, we all are behind you and your extraordinary efforts on our behalf. Please let jack know that I still as disappointed that he has refused to return any of my phone calls after the reverse split.

Thanks for your time Keith,

Opey

Since the rev-split is already a done deal, it would be nice if the outstanding shares could be reduced. If not, some kind of pref./warrant/dividend/forward split deal would give shareholders a little more confidence and the feeling that they still had some voting power and control.

Warrants given as dividends could be set up for direct payment to the co. when exercised and generate cash for the co. in the process.

Best of luck,
George

and BTW --- Thanks for all your hard work.

Kieth,
someone mentioned warrants as dividends. Just curious if the PR that Jack put out announcing warrants is still in effect? I think the warrants as described are pretty lame but better than nothing.

Give Jack Hell on Friday.

I vote to at a minimum boot him out of any office except a Board Seat.

Mike

I'd like to see the money loaned to WOTD/PF Charles returned - with interest, if applicable - ASAP. Yesterday, if not sooner. I'd like to see Jack go and Pat sued, but lets be realistic and pick our fights. Our #1 goal should be to make this shell as clean and attractive as possible to an honest suitor. Getting rid of Jack and going after Pat would involve legal fees, etc. which would be a distraction from the primary goal. I'm sure we all would like to get the money we put into this stock back, but a a split to undo the 300:1 reverse split would not really help. Thanks to Jack and Pat's "work", taking a milli-penny stock back up to the penny range would be as difficult as taking a 0.75 cent stock into the $10 - $15 range...which is what most of us probably need just to break even.

If the board gets our loaned money back, cleans up the shell, makes it a reporting concern again and starts looking for a legitimate buyer who'll bring *some* value to the shareholders, this is about all we can realistically ask and hope for right now.
