Greetings Guy and I could not agree more with your words of caution. I don't care if it is FNTN or any other stock never put all your eggs in one basket. As you said only a smaller percentage of your investment dollars should be invested in any given stock. But if one chooses to invest a large percentage of their investment capital in any given stock they must do so knowing full well and good that it could go way do as well as way up, so it must be money one can afford to loose. In my opinion I feel that this is a good strategy for all stock investing not just BB stocks.

Guy, thanks for your post and good information.

Regards,

Bill Fortune III

Guy and Bill Fortune. In concept I completely agree with you that one should not put too much money in any stock but I have developed pretty good instincts in my life and have a lot of criteria to satisfy before I buy a company. As for as FNTN is concerned all my criteria is met except that I dont have the financials on hand but they can be inferred if you make a business plan to do what they have done so far and I dont think any extreme surprises await me there.

The broad criteria are 1. A inter-related mix of products. 2. A hot sector 3. Focused and mature management(a BIG YES here!) 4. A proprietary product (customizable Intranet in this case) 5. A marketing strategy (If Empire is advertising we will get customers too - ). 6. Are we getting in close to the ground floor ( I definitely think so) 7. A leap-frogging technology 8. Superior partners 9. A loyal base of shareholders.

So Guy and Bill, there is time in ones life that you may want to risk that last dollar and be willing to lose that. A friend of mine used the same criteria in inception stages at Cisco and Octel. Invested only in those two and dont ask me which island of Hawaii he is visiting today.

Yes it can all be done with one stock but it is not for everyone and thanks for the warning but this ship is already left the shore and is not heading back.

Just waiting for an announcement from Siemens Pyramid about FNTN but even that is dispensable I think.
