Mr GJ: RE:<15% in money market funds (10/90). No all out buy signal was given at that time.>:

While you may have the %'s in the 10/90 newsletter correct (i haven't checked), I vividly remember Brinker's all out BUY being issued AFTER the newsletter was issued because I discussed with an associate at work whether or not to follow Brinker's then direction. Therefore, it appears that the assertion that there was "no all out buy signal at 2365" is incorrect.

Re: "Since" October 1990

What does the November 1990 newsletter say? Could "since" mean "after?"

Thanks,

I just checked my December 7, 1990 Marketimer which calls
for a 95% invested position. The final 5% was invested
the next month in January at Dow 2550.
That is the official record.
So far, apparently nobody is complaining about the timing.
