Sea Launch uses Zenits. So G* could be a likely customer in the out years. I seem to recall Loral reserving some slots also but cant find the link.

Not much to worry about here, it is the Russians suppling the launcher technology. Boeing's spin is that it would have gotten permission on whatever, if they had known to ask. No excuse but there you go. From the people I know who went over to support, all where from the 'white' world, (NASA) they were not around during DoD flights or were not exposed to the sensitive stuff. Looks like a case of not knowing enough to know that you did not know what you where doing. I do know that we have suffered through a spat of export control classes recently so they are making amends.

Not a big deal and there is not too much down side left in Boeing stock!
