Ever wonder if Norton and his side kick are so top notch in the mining industry and Naxos(Sid) was by dumb luck able to sell them on joining the camp, then why it is impossible to get mining people to join the board?

Wouldnt that be totally dependent on finding a qualified replacement? something that you have admitted is very difficult to do given the current state of affairs? HOw could you have a timetable when you have no idea when you will be able to attract someone? the idea of putting out a timetable right now, given these conditions, is meaningless and a waste of time.
