Why are you voting 'no'? Do you want the company to go into default, get halted and fall off the board, whatever is left of your investment with it? You all should seriously re-consider your positions. Voting no on the proxy will hurt the company and whatever chance you have to make some of your money back. Why don't we all look at the potential opportunity here. Look, when a company gets rolled back, the insiders give the loyal investors a chance to invest at dirt cheap prices, pre-work programs and pre-PROMOTION! I own shares in this company and, having spoken to their IR/geologist guys, I am probably going to take part in the initial financing if the stock gets rolled back. Believe me, insiders will be buying whatever cheap stock they are allowed by the exchange because they know the value in it. If we are given a chance to take part, which I understand we will be, with a low stock float, new financing, continued work programs, and promotion not having even started yet, we are looking at a fresh new company ready to roll. I think we should be voting 'yes' to a roll back. It is the most logical move.
