Confusion reigns This is bad for the shareholders, bad bad bad. QUASH generally refers to a rejected motion or a rejected case. The plaintiff usually loses in a quashed case. However, defendants may bring motions in cases, and those could also be quashed. The crux of the matter, is you don't know who to believe, do you ?

To clear up your confusion -- I called Harris County Courthouse (1-888-545-5577). The only things that have happened in the case (98-33454 Mountain Energy vs. Christiansen) are: On August 3, the court ruled Christiansen will have to give deposition(s) and the court continued the case to August 17. THERE HAS BEEN NO MOTION TO QUASH THE PLAINTIFF'S CASE GRANTED. This is totally false information. The post you copied this information was from a Lucky Charm. Read her posts and draw your own conclusions. IMO, she's trying to protect her EDII interests or she may have other reasons. I don't really care. Also, called the company just to see if there was anything new going on. Talked to a secretary (Karen maybe?). Couldn't get much information. Vivian and Winston are out sick with a bug and Jack was in meetings. FWIW, hope this clears it up. One thing GS is correct about, you don't know who to believe. Take care, Ciao, JoJo
