Pandering is right - to the max. Just more boob-bait for the bubbas from Hillary. Her condescension really shows contempt for Arkansans.

The Clintons have done more to sully the reputation of Arkansas than any extant or past. As Jim McDougal said, "the Clintons are a couple of tornedos that go through people's lives".

For them, no American should deny Arkansas commensurate Federal disaster aid. And that aide's name is Ken Starr.
