For all we know, they are using the same interface we are.
Maybe that's all they have and then they would need our passwords to submit the order.
But how would you suggest they make sure it is me calling in the trade and not some one else?
I don't want to have to keep track of one more password and its very easy to get one's SSN or mother maiden's name.
My Datek password is the one thing that I have the power to change daily if I need.
