Napier decides to halt its stock on very encouraging news with respect to sales/contracts. After discussions with a few knowledgeable affiliates, it is safe to say with the world markets on the verge of a major correction, the psyche of investors is full of fear and apprehension. We are all looking for a confidence builder in a winner. It is my opinion, Napier has the makings to convert the fear of investors, who have lost thousands in this market correction, into confidence and profits. With the news all but out now, we as investors have the opportunity to take this company to a new level. For those of you not invested, you should take the time and do your DD, and you'll find this may be the "confidence builder" your looking for. Just because markets are down in general, it doesn't mean there are no value stocks still out there. Napier is one of these value stocks, and it will prove to be one of the top performers on the TSE this year. chris.
