Proxy material update: Proxies, record date 8-6, have been received by ADP (they handle proxies for a most brokerage houses and send them out to shareholders) on 8-12, and are in the process of being sent out. This has not reached completion. You can check it out on their automated line: (516)-254-7525. You might want to keep track of it to make sure your materials (including the annual meeting report) arrive in time. If they don't, the transfer agent, Montreal Trust, can fax you the proxies and you can send it back after it's been verified by your broker. I'm mentioning these details because there have been times past when I haven't received proxies from this and other companies. It would be a shame not to vote when there's so much to vote against, not the least of which would be to protest the shabby treatment of smaller shareholders in this company. It's arrogance beyond belief esp. when they haven't even proven themselves. Remember, No Stock Options For These Guys!!! Not this year. Harold Lehman
