Mohan, It's damn if the do and damn if that don't. I have the opposite worry. I'm worry when they start moving out of USA market causes our rates to rise.

Sept Bond started the morning this morning up 19. Lots of Asian or European funds but started last night around midnight. See chart below - 8/11 starts at midnight.

Also, 2Q productivity just reported as -0.2% which is not good. So the current interest rate at 5.561% reflects flight to quality buying and not US domestic economic fundamentals. Plus consumer still spending also shows economic strength.
