Is anyone able to cancel orders this morning? I can't, and Datek's phone is busy, so I suspect everyone is having the same problem.

Put in sell order at the current bid on a stock this morning . Bid sat there for 12 min no fill. Bid dropped and my order did not show up on ISLD. Needless to say my order was no where. Trying again now that the bid is 1/8 lower which will cost me an extra $250. 2min on this order and nothing so far
