Ripu, The Asians are stonewalling the sea. As they say : "Time and tide...." What they need to do is totally overthrow the governments and replace them with accountable rational managers. The crony capitalism has failed them bigtime, and still they try to elect fools in Japan who will not fix things, hoping they will simply muddle through.
