It may be their way to fight the current market indices. Pricing this low in a dead market may encourage more solid buying, better for the long run. Rather than a pump and dump bunch that will hop on hoping for a spike and then tank the stock.

'Course this means a buying op for TSQD, or a long term hold for people with no more money, like me.
