Al, I think it is obvious what Roland and Gary have done. I think the lying in official documents will not be overlooked unless our overworked authorities decide they do not have the resources to follow-up. I agree that the shareholders should be able to run the company. I also agree that their may be wrongdoing on both sides (company officers and nays). The difference is that the company agents, Breton and Morgan made false statements in public documents and are not able to hide from those. The allegations on the nays however are just that. Other than Mork's admission I do not beleive anybody has any tangible evidence. I am not saying it is rightthatm they get away with something (assuming there is something) but I think it is quite possible in reality that they will not be prosecuted.
