I put in a marketable Short sale early morning in a small cap at an uptick bid, even with trades at the ask and got no fill. Instead of that I got: "order timed out". This is a joke! As it was a slow turning smallcap the bid remained at least 7 Min. Got no fill during this time. Later on, clearly the stock took a nosedive. Shit happens... . Put the guys the brakes on short sales, even on upticks? Other Closing sales, on thy nyse executed pretty quick. Christian
