Ok I'm in. Bought 50K for now. Need to do more DD, but it seems that the stock has hit the bottom. Haven't checked EDGAR but what is the IPO date?

It will mean about $1 million to KAHI

When the IPO of Klaire Int'l is complete KAHI will have an increased book value of about 1 million if all goes well. With the increased number of shares being issued they will increase in value 4-5 cents a share by my calculations.
