I noticed on Yahoo that the Vivus float is now listed at 29 million. Did the company sell stock to raise cash???

Yeah, I understand. But it certainly is curious how the Reuters newswire story (which all Reuters, Business wire...) are supposed to come up on company news just ain't there

Vlad, I did not understand your statement "To me this signals that we little fish no longer have any push in where the stock price may go."

Now to me the small amount of shares tendered this morning means we pretty well washed out those wanting to sell. The shares are pretty well held in hands that are going to wait it out. Which when that happens means if we got some buying coming in the price would now be able to rise. Far less overhead resistance.

VLAD,
Lets deal with reality here...We are dealing with a half ass
company that is going under. The stock may drop to three a share or below....These people don't know how to run a company...If you don't
think so look at your bank account if you sold the stock. JG
