Chief - The TSE has rebounded but the VSE is shugging along - Maybe we should Roll back the Valu-mart exchange. This is really UGLY in addition to the already UGLY junior market. The VSE may have to change its 15 cent PP rule or many and I mean many VSE companies are going to bite the dust. I know of 16 that Pezim has that are going under because they have abandoned them.
