INCL- If they are going to be bought out for $6 a share, why was I able to cover at 5 5/8?

This happens all the time with buyouts. There are two reasons it is not $6 right now:

1 - There is risk (even if small) that the deal won't go through.
2 - The time value of money. It may take several months to finalize the deal.

I imagine things are pretty gloomy on the TAVA thread. I wonder how the Y2K nuts feel now? I sort of feel bad for the one lady (CK?) who has a substantial part of her net worth in that thing. A good lesson on obsession.

Care to speculate on the reason for today's strength in IBIS? If this keeps up I may have to cover my short on IBIS in the morning and buy Howard Stern.
