Measly $8.50....

I knew it! Something about market conditions in general and TSQD behavior specifically told me this whole deal was going hinky on us.

Elliot, you said you would be lucky if you could get DRIV at $12. Well, you must be Irish, because it's now a steal at $8.50 <g>.

I'm starting a position in DRIV (a small one). TSQD is a goner.

Let me clarifiy that press release. I just spoke w/ my rep. @ Wit Capital. He confirmed that the offering will be made today @ $8.50/share (below the $10-$12 expected range), and also said IPO "syndicate rention was zero," presumably due to the low price and the sketchy mkt. conditions. I still have a some shares of TSQD, but looking to exit. All orders made through Wit, for example, have been canceled. Oh well -- Scott.
